We started our journey of providing quality construction to the industrial, commercial, and housing sector since 1991, when the company was founded by Shri Somarajan Raghavan Nair. The company initiated its practice in Nashik, and has since gradually gained foothold in major cities in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, and now in Kerala.

The company had its initial projects in the residential sector, and since 2003, has moved into the industrial sector after the steady inflow of major orders for construction of industrial structures from various industrial groups.
